Transportation Options

St. Francis High School serves students from the greater Sacramento area. Students and parents make their own car-pool or other transportation arrangements, including private bus service and light rail.

Carpooling

If you are interested in carpooling, you can obtain a roster of families in your zip code by contacting Ingrid Niles, iniles@stfrancishs.org.

Bus Service

In 2009-2010, a private bus company will be serving the Highway 80 corridor to St. Francis and the other Catholic high schools. It provides stops at Lake of the Pines (Grass Valley),
St Joseph (Auburn), Rocklin (Rocklin Ave) and Roseville (Riverside/Cirby). Students who live around the Carmichael area can get on at Jesuit High School and continue on to St Francis. For more information, please visit the Placer Bus Group website, www.placerbusgroup.com.

Light Rail

A light rail station is located at 65th and Folsom, a few blocks from St. Francis. For light rail information, visit www.sacrt.com.
