About the Parents Guild
All St. Francis parents are automatically members of the Parents Guild, an organization that provides support for many events during the year. The Parents Guild board meets monthly to plan activities and to serve as an advisory group to the administration.
Volunteers are needed throughout the year to carry on the many cherished school traditions including: Freshman Overnight Retreat, Revelry!, Father-Daughter Dinner Dance, SWAP Day, Mother-Daughter Fashion Show, and more.
We warmly welcome ALL Troubie parents to our monthly board meetings.

Parent Involvement
The Parents Guild promotes parent participation and provides revenue from fundraising efforts.
All parents are encouraged to get involved at St. Francis and be an active member of this vibrant community. When you participate you not only support St. Francis, but you also feel a little more a part of your daughter’s high school experience.
Parent volunteer opportunities are listed regularly online, sent out via email, and are also listed in each bi-monthly school newsletter, the Troubadour Tribune. Additional opportunities may also become available on an "as-needed" basis and will be announced via email.
Volunteer Opportunities...
Remember... in addition to supporting the students, volunteering also works toward fulfilling your required Parent Service Program hours.
Attention, Parents! If you have expended your own funds to assist with a special event, use the form below to request reimbursement.
Parents Guild Board
The Parents Guild is organized through a board made up of an executive committee, standing committee, advisory board, and special committee chairs. The executive officers of the Parents Guild are selected by the Nominating Committee, and all other positions are appointed by the president - which means the president needs plenty of volunteers!
Please see the list of Parent Guild Board positions below and let us know if you are interested in serving or have questions about the duties. If chairpersons are already in place, you are encouraged to work as a co-chair in anticipation of stepping into a position.
We welcome you to get involved!
