While the pacing is not dramatically different from the standard Geometry course, the depth of understanding and level of difficulty of problems done for homework and exams is significantly different. In addition, the student will be assigned more proofs (direct and indirect). UC A-G approved – c Mathematics. NCAA approved.

Prerequisite:
A (second semester) in Algebra 1 (P)
Incoming Freshman: Passing score on Algebra Curriculum test, and Honors test

Note: Honors Test and Teacher’s Recommendation will be required for this course

Required supplies: Compass, protractor, and Texas Instruments TI-84 plus graphing calculator.
