Try your best to win the experts' award for best dish before enjoying your creations for dinner.

DAY 7 — PROVENCE Soak in the beauty of your surroundings during this morning's horseback ride through the Camargue, the picturesque marshy delta region at the mouth of the River Rhône. Then continue to see the authentic medieval ramparts of Aigues-Mortes before contemplating the Roman Empire's influence in France at the Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct preserved in almost perfect condition.
