STOCKTON, Calif. – The St. Francis junior varsity volleyball team went 4-0 in winning the Stockton Invitational on Saturday at Lincoln High School. The Troubadours defeated Oakdale (25-8, 25-17, Pleasant Valley (25-18, 25-3) and Whitney (25-9, 25-10) en route to the finals. SF then handed St. Ignatius a 2-0 loss by the set scores of 25-16, 25-20, avenging the loss to St. Ignatius by the freshmen team last week in Stockton. Head Coach Taryn Wright’s team has now reached the final in both of its tournaments this season and owns a 19-1 overall record with a 6-0 mark in Delta League play.
