Dance Hours – Saturday, October 21, 7:00 to 10:00pm:

• Doors open at 7:00pm with no entry after 8:00pm
• Juniors and Seniors can start leaving at 9:00pm
• Freshmen and Sophomores can start leaving at 9:30pm

THE M STREET AND 58TH STREET GATES (including the pedestrian gates) WILL BE CLOSED FOR ENTRANCE OR EXITING FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING.  You will be unable to gain access to the campus if you are dropped off on M Street.

STUDENT DRIVERS

PARKING PROCEDURES:

• Student Drivers will enter through the Cell Phone lot gate off Elvas Avenue and park in the student parking lot. * Senior parking spaces are not reserved for dances but are first come first serve
• No drivers will be permitted to enter the front of the school parking lot through the main entrance.
• Early bird carpools can park in front of the school in visitor, faculty/staff spaces, the curb lane (not the second lane), and in the Gym parking lot. Note – this parking will fill up quickly and is first come first serve. After it is full you must park in the student or armory lot.

EXIT PROCEDURES:

All drivers will exit the front of the school onto Elvas Avenue in front of the Gym.

PARENT DRIVERS

DROP-OFF PROCEDURES:

• Parents will enter through the Cell Phone lot gate off Elvas Avenue. 
• Follow traffic lanes around the Armory and drop-off students in front of the softball field.
• NO drivers will be permitted to enter the front of the school parking lot through the main entrance.
• NO drop-off in front of the gym.
• NO limos or party buses allowed.

PICK-UP  PROCEDURES:

• Parent drivers will enter through the Cell Phone lot gate. Parents will remain parked in the Cell Phone lot until they receive a text/call from their student(s) that they are all ready for pick-up (everyone will stay in their vehicles).
• Students who have exited the dance will be waiting at the softball field, ready to be picked up. 
• Parent drivers will proceed to the softball field to pick up their student(s). 
• NO students are allowed to walk home.
• NO students can be picked up on M Street or on Elvas Avenue - this is a safety issue and will be enforced by law enforcement.
• NO pick-up in front of the gym.
• Parent drivers will exit the front of the school onto Elvas Avenue in front of the gym.

FACULTY/VOLUNTEERS:

May park in staff parking by the portables.  M Street will be closed to enter or exit.  You will need to also enter via the cell phone lot.  Traffic should not be an issue as you all arrive earlier than the students.
