Part-Time Theater Arts Teacher

The St. Francis Catholic High School Theater Arts Teacher will be a passionate educator who is deeply committed to Catholic, faith-based education and student success. The teacher is a subject matter expert who knows how to build a positive classroom culture focused on learning, uses student learning data to drive his or her work, and delivers engaging rigorous instruction. The teacher is expected to implement the school mission and philosophy, to follow the policies of the Diocese of Sacramento, and to adhere to the directives set by school administration. This position is a part-time teaching position, teaching two classes, for the 24/25 school year.

Administrative Assistant to the President and Principal
Employment Opportunity
The Administrative Assistant to the President and Principal at St. Francis Catholic High School provides administrative support to the President and Principal of the school. This person will facilitate the effective and efficient operations of both the President’s and Principal’s Office, including matters related to the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Board’s bylaws and governance processes. The person in this role must possess a high degree of integrity as the position is exposed to sensitive and confidential information. This person must exercise good judgment and be able to make sound decisions without supervision. This is a full-time, hourly position.
Rate of pay is $25-$28 per hour.

Position Description: Administrative Assistant to the President and Principal
Student Billing Specialist

The Student Billing Specialist at St. Francis Catholic High School is primarily responsible for accurate student billing tracking and reporting for the student body. The person in this position also manages all aspects of the financial aid process. This position communicates directly with families regarding all aspects of tuition and financial aid. Under general supervision from the Director of Finance, the Student Billing Specialist is responsible for the FACTS Tuition Management System and ensures accounts are accurate from new student enrollment to ongoing tuition, fees, and other student account receivables. This is a full-time, hourly position.
Rate of Pay is $25-$30 per hour.

Head Swim Coach

The role of the Swim Head Coach is to be responsible for coaching the varsity team as well as provide instruction and development of the lower level teams (Junior Varsity and Frosh/Soph). In addition, the Head Coach will be responsible for character development and providing direction to student-athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The person in this job is required to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student-athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents, and community and well as follow the mission of the school. This is an occasional, part-time, hourly position.
Rate of pay is $18-$22 per hour.

JV Lacrosse Head Coach

The role of the JV Lacrosse Head Coach is to be responsible for providing instruction and development of the team at St. Francis Catholic High School as well as supporting the Varsity Head Coach in implementing program goals and objectives. The person in this position is often responsible for introducing athletes to the fundamentals of the sport as well as providing direction to more advanced student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill. The JV Head Coach is also responsible for character development as well as the development of an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork in the sport of Lacrosse. All coaches are responsible for creating and nurturing a physically, and emotionally safe environment for their athletes. The person in this role is required to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents and community and is expected to implement the school mission and philosophy, to follow the policies of the Diocese of Sacramento, and to adhere to the directives set by school administration. This is an occasional part-time hourly position.
Rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.

Assistant Track & Field Coach – Jumps

The Assistant Track & Field Coach/Jumps is a part-time position that is under the direction of the Head Varsity Track & Field Coach. This position is responsible for specialized coaching in horizontal jump-based field events (Triple and Long). In addition, the Assistant Coach will be responsible for character development and providing direction to student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork. The person in this role is required to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents and community as well as uphold and support the mission of the school. This is an occasional part-time hourly position working less than 20 hours per week.
Rate of Pay is $16.00 per hour.
