42nd Annual Auction
Save the Date: Saturday, March 8, 2025

Held this year on International Women’s Day, Saturday, March 8th, the St. Francis Auction is a delightful evening where the community comes together to socialize and enjoy delicious food, signature cocktails, unique mocktails, and fine wine. Guests can explore a diverse online silent auction and sign-up party offerings. Following dinner, the evening features a premier live auction and a spirited fund-a-vision segment. The night concludes with The Killer Dueling Pianos! You won’t want to miss it!

The St. Francis Auction is a cherished tradition, attracting both in-person and online attendees who are active in the community and supportive of the school and its partners. Join us in being part of a Sacramento legacy that has been empowering women for impactful lives since 1940!

This event is for guests 21 years of age and older.

Bring your Donation to SWAP Day!

SWAP Day is Friday, January 24th! The Auction Committee needs your help and is asking you to please donate a gift card or a bottle listed on this sign-up sheet. You can bring your gift card or bottle and drop it off at the Advancement table in the Dining Hall during the coffee hour on SWAP Day. Earn some hours and help our Auction Committee at the same time! It is a WIN-WIN!

Enjoy your daughter’s classes, meet her teachers, and chat with other parents. Plus, check out the amazing Live Auction items on display in the Dining Hall, which will be featured at the Legacy in Bloom Auction.

Donations for Advancement Department

Our Advancement Department is in need of donations for our upcoming events season. For every $30 you spend, you will be granted one hour in MVP towards your parent service requirement. You can earn more than half of your required hours (15) through donations. Please clearly mark your donation when bringing the item to the school. Items can be dropped off at the front office during regular school hours. Please do not write directly onto bottles or gift cards.
