Run to Feed the Hungry is a 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk to support Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. To join our team, please go to the website and register under Team-member (Adult and/or Child). Select “St. Francis High School” as team. By registering with the team, you have access to a timed run team area with heat lamps, water, coffee and breakfast snacks. The SFHS Team Captain will collect all racing packets and gear for easy pick up at St. Francis High School on Monday and Tuesday, Nov 25th and 26th. Team registration closes November 22nd so don’t delay! They will run short on shirt sizes the closer it gets to race day.

When:
Thanksgiving morning – Thursday, November 28, 2024 — Rain or Shine!
10K – 8:15am • 5K – 9am

Where:
The event starts on J Street, just west of the entrance to the Sacramento State campus and runs through the beautiful tree lined streets of East Sacramento. Meet in the Team Area which is a parking lot on J street across from Sac State. Must have on Team shirt to enter.

Other:

• Parking will be available at the St. Francis parking lot on race day. You can walk on over to the team area/race starting line.
• For folks that will be out with Team Troubie Dr. Briggs invites you to stop by his home at 5278 H street along the way for hot chocolate and snacks. He is located right across the street from the Table Methodist Church and a few blocks from the finish line.
