The St. Francis Racial Reconciliation Plan is a comprehensive
course of action, created in consultation with our families,
students, diocese and outside experts, that confronts racism in
our school community and touches every corner of
campus.
Its primary focus is to celebrate the diversity within our
community; build the skills of our staff and faculty so the
benefits of the community are experienced equitably; and to
ultimately ensure that all of our students and families feel a
sense of belonging and inclusion.
