Rosie Lucchesini-Jack is the Director of the CalSTRS Fixed Income portfolio. She began her career at CalSTRS in 2001, most recently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager, where she led the management of public debt portfolios and oversaw the expansion into direct lending and private credit. Prior to this role, she worked as a Portfolio Manager for 10 years, focusing on U.S. Treasury portfolios and strategies. From 2001 to 2012, Lucchesini-Jack held various investment officer positions within Fixed Income.
 
Lucchesini-Jack is an active member of CalSTRS’ Risk Allocation Committee, which makes tactical asset allocation decisions for the total fund, as well as the Liquidity and Private Pacing Committees. She also serves on the advisory board of Girls Who Invest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership in the investment management industry.
 
Lucchesini-Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from California State University, Sacramento.
