Ms. Ross is an award winning professional in regional land use planning, environmental review, and LAFCO-related activities. She earned a Master of City and Regional Planning degree with Distinction from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has worked in the LAFCO arena for 10 years as a consultant and founded her own firm, South Fork Consulting, in 2020. Ms. Ross currently consults with numerous LAFCOs and special districts throughout northern California and is the Acting Assistant Executive Officer for Placer LAFCO.
