I am a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry, helping businesses succeed with our software. Prior to being a Customer Success Manager, I worked as a Customer Education Manager at another software company, where I created on-demand learning content and ran live trainings for customers. Before transitioning into tech, I worked as a teacher. I was a k-12 teacher for 6 years in Chicago. I taught 7th, 9th, and 11th grade math and science. I received my BS in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara and later earned my Masters in Teaching from Dominican University in Illinois.
