Dear St. Francis Families and Community Members,

It is fitting that on this Feast Day of St. Francis, the last day of the Season of Creation, we celebrate both the rich tradition and vibrant future of our school with the unveiling of our strategic plan. The year-long work of an exceptionally talented and dedicated Strategic Planning Committee was facilitated by a team of expert consultants and co-collaborators at Meitler who bring a 50-year history of working with Catholic schools across the United States. Our extensive research, reflection and analysis has culminated in the executive summary, Shaping Our Future: 2023-2028. This strategic vision for our future is informed by rich data sources, the input of our valued constituents including parents, students, alumnae, and diocesan partners, and reflective of our Catholic faith tradition.  

In celebration of the patron saint of our school, we are excited to share this gift of our future.  We hope you are able to take the time to read the executive summary of our work. On this Feast Day of St. Francis, we give thanks to God and all that He has created.
