After graduating from St. Francis in 2019, I pursued my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management at Boise State University, where I also earned a certificate in Strategic Innovation and Design. Over the past few years, I have been building my career in Human Resource Management within the banking and finance industry. My expertise lies in developing and implementing effective training and onboarding programs to enhance organizational success. Earlier this year, I achieved my internationally accredited HR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, the world’s largest HR organization. Outside of work, I love to travel whenever I can, attend my favorite workout classes, participate in community events with friends and colleagues, and cherish time spent with my family.
