PowerSchool Portal and Schoology Access for the Class of 2026 & Transfer Students
Parents and students will be emailed login instructions for the PowerSchool Portal and Schoology, on August 5. PowerSchool Portal is where parents and students can view their schedule, locker information, and quarter/semester grades. Schoology is our learning management system that teachers use to post assignments and daily grades. All students will be trained on these products during their orientation on August 9.
Chromebook Insurance
St. Francis has partnered with Securranty to provide additional Chromebook insurance options for our students. For one low annual cost, Securranty will cover loss, theft, accidental damage, and extend the manufacture warranty. We highly recommend that all families take advantage of this money-saving program and repurchase Chromebook insurance each year your daughter is enrolled at SFHS. To purchase a one-year warranty for the 2022-23 school year, click here. When purchasing, classes of 2024, 2025, and 2026 will select the Dell Chromebook option. Class of 2023 families will select the CTL option. Questions? Please reach out to SFTech@stfrancishs.org.
Check Those Chromebooks
Returning students are encouraged to plug in their Chromebook, fully charge the battery, and turn the device on to make sure it is still in working order, prior to August 10. If your student is having issues with their Chromebook, please have them reach out to SFTech@stfrancishs.org for assistance.
Class of 2026 & Transfer Student Chromebook Pick-Up
If your student was unable to pick up her Chromebook during our pick-up dates, they may pick up their Chromebooks before Orientation on August 9, beginning at 7:15am.
Final Forms
All new and returning families are required to update their emergency information in Final Forms. We ask for these forms to be signed once each year and the site is available throughout the year so parents can update the information if needed. An email with instructions was sent to all families on June 29, from Lori Ansell. If you need assistance, please email her at lansell@stfrancishs.org. You can access the Final Forms site by clicking here.
