PALO ALTO, Calif. – Senior Sarah Westover, a USC signee, scored
six goals to help St. Francis to a 17-8 win over Palo Alto
Tuesday night. Westover, who entered the season with 83 goals,
notched her 100th goal with her fifth goal of the game and added
a sixth to finish with 101 for her career.
St. Francis improved to 5-1 on the season entering the match with
Sacramento Valley Lacrosse rival Oak Ridge on Friday at Mather
Sports Complex.
The Troubadours also got four goals by sophomore Jade Borg and
three by senior Grace Passantino. Freshman Grace Barger scored
twice in her best game. Junior Rachel Wick and sophomore Nikki
Morrisette also scored in the contest.
