2010 Sac-Joaquin Champions

This is the first time in 12 years that SF has won the Section title.

Varsity Swim: 1st place Sections, 1st place Delta River League Champs, 6-0 dual meets

5 All-American times:

  • Sydney Johansen, 100 Back – 56.42 (1st place Sections);
  • Sydney Johansen, 200 IM – 2:06.03 (4th place Sections);
  • 200 medley relay (Sydney Johansen, Carissa Metcalf, Jessica Poelman, Cora Stebbins) (1st pace Sections) 1:47.39;
  • 400 free relay (Antoinette Ranit, Carissa Metcalf, Sydney Johansen, Cora Stebbins) (1st place Sections) – 3:30.16;
  • 200 free relay (Antoinette Ranit, Erin Sheehan, Natalie Green, Jessica Poelman) (2nd place Sections) – 1:39.28

Sara Artale took 2nd at the frosh/soph level and was 2nd in every other meet this season. Millie Steacy, who dove all 4 years for SF, was third in all of the dual meets.
