CLOVIS, Calif. – Lilly Enes finished fourth in her heat and 16th overall with a time of 57.15 in the 400 meter preliminaries Friday night. It was the second of three races for the sophomore on the night.

“I didn’t think I ran that well today,” said Enes, who ran the third leg of the 4×100-meter relay to open the meet. “I did not feel like I was running my best. My start was not that fast. I was supposed to get out faster and I think that affected my whole race.”

Enes returns in the final event Friday night for the 4×400-meter relay.
