Hi, everyone! After graduating from SFHS in 2009, I obtained my BS in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento in 2012. I then attended the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office’s Basic Recruit Academy from 2013 to 2014, and have been with the department ever since. As such, I’ve held various assignments, including corrections (two years), patrol (five years, field training officer for two of those years), and investigations (three years). I also obtained my MA in Criminal Justice from ASU in 2022. I have been assigned to the homicide bureau for past two years, and it has been absolutely mind-blowing. The field is certainly complex and interesting, but not as interesting as you all! I can’t wait to speak with all of you! Go Troubies!
