Congratulations on your graduation! Please join us for one last visit in Serra Court on Monday, May 22th, 2023 from 8am to 11am to pick up the following items:
1) The cumulative file is the file that followed you from Kindergarten through 12th grade and may contain middle school report cards, pictures, immunization information, etc. It does not contain any St. Francis grading information, which will be sent out with the final transcript in June.
Attached to this email you will find a form that needs to be filled out prior to pick-up that you will need to bring with you. If you are not 18 at the time of pickup, the form needs to be signed by one of your parents/guardians. Please bring a photo ID to verify your identity and age.
Due to the large number of files, St. Francis High School regrets that we will not be able to mail the cumulative files to homes. If you are unable to pick up the file on May 24th, 2022, you may arrange for pick-up during the summer by calling Registrar Sarah Cornell at (916) 737-5034, or emailing her at scornell@stfrancishs.org. 
2) Your official copy of your St. Francis High School Diploma. Please keep in a safe place as we do not keep digital copies of the diploma.
