All parents of spring sport athletes please mark your calendars for our Spring Sports Parent Meeting on Monday February 24th at 7:00pm on campus in the St. Francis gym. Please ensure that at least one parent can be at this event. This evening gives parents a chance to hear from the St. Francis Athletics Administration about all important aspects of the Athletic Department.
Sports Physicals: please make sure you have a current sports physical completed and uploaded to FinalForms. No student can participate in any off season training or tryouts for any sports until this is completed. If you have any questions please email Kelly Ketcham.
Offseason Training: Many fall sports will be resuming optional preseason workouts on Monday July 15th. Please make sure you are signed up for any sport you are interested in on FinalForms to make sure you are getting all the latest updates from our coaches. This is the only way that coaches can communicate with students and parents.
Fall Sports Start Date and Tryouts: Fall Sports officially start on Monday August 5th. Each sport has their own process for tryouts and roster formation. Please make sure you are registered for your fall sport on FinalForms so you are getting the most up to date tryout information.

On Saturday March 2nd our Troubie Soccer team captured the CIF Regional Championship defeating Granite Bay 1-0. This is their first CIF Regional Championship since 2019 and the highest honor a team can currently attain in high school soccer. Congratulations to our Troubie Soccer team on a historical playoff run!
Soccer Section Playoff Games Start Saturday: Varsity soccer received the #1 Seed for Section Playoffs and starts their quest for a section title on Saturday Feb 10th at 12 Noon vs Mountain House @ Cristo Rey. Come out and support the Troubies this weekend and support them during this playoff run. There is an admission charge for section playoffs. You can buy tickets in advance here or purchase tickets at the gate with a credit or debit card. We are not allowed to take cash so please come prepared.

State Meet on Saturday 11/25
The Troubies Cross Country team captured a section title on
Saturday November 11th at Willow Hill in Folsom and are headed to
Fresno on Saturday November 25th to compete for a state
title. Congratulations and good luck to our runners and
coaches this weekend!
Track & Field Preseason Interest Meeting Thursday,
November 30th at Lunch in the Main Gym
Our Track & Field Coaches are hosting a preseason team meeting
for all returning athletes and for anyone interested in joining
the track & field team. Grab your lunch and come meet the coaches
and other track and field athletes in the main gym on campus
during lunch on Thursday, November 30th.
